When sightseeing, you may wonder what to see in NYC in 3 days. Our New York 72-hour pass ensures you have time to see famous attractions, including:

Of course! On our cruises, you’ll see everything there is to see in the harbor, including the Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan skyline, and Ellis Island. Each tour is led by a native and experienced guide for an informative and fun experience.
Our Statue of Liberty Cruise takes approximately 1 hour.

Our cruises don’t dock at Liberty Island, but our routes pass right in front of the island, close enough for you to take the best photos.
The Manhattan II is wheelchair accessible on the first deck only. Bathrooms aren’t wheelchair accessible. If the weather is high tide, we will board from the upper deck which doesn’t have wheelchair accessibility. For other boats, there is no wheelchair accessible.
There is parking available near our departure terminal. The parking facility is owned by a private parking company. For more information, visit Pier 40 Parking.
No, food and drinks are not allowed on the boat. There will be refreshments available for purchase on board.
All of our tours are in English.
Our cruises operate rain or shine. We will provide all passengers with a poncho for rain protection.
Unfortunately, there is no designated area where strollers and wheelchairs can be stationed. They can be left at the pier. However, Liberty Cruise does not assume responsibility for any belongings at any time.
We adhere to vessel max capacity. Once the limit has been reached, we don’t allow anyone on board.
Our Statue of Liberty cruises depart on a strict departure schedule. We recommend you arrive a half an hour before your scheduled departure time. We don’t wait for any reason.
Once onboard you will have the option to pay an additional fee of $20 to upgrade to a Liberty Cruise premium ticket to get VIP access to the sky deck / upper deck on the cruise.
On our Statue of Liberty cruise, food and drinks are available for purchase including hot dogs, muffins, chips, cookies, popcorn, candies, sodas, juices, coffee, tea, and more.
Yes. Our Liberty Cruise staff works diligently about cleaning to make sure that the restroom is clean.

Ticket Purchase and Pickup

Yes! You can save up to 48% if you book your ticket in advance on our website.
It is never too early to organize your trip; therefore, we recommend that you book as early as possible.
If you book online, we are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you come to our visitor center or wish to purchase your tickets from our uniformed street agents, you will be able to use cash, travelers’ checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
After your complete your purchase, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page that has your authorization number on it. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please print this confirmation page, or just call our local number when you arrive in NYC and we will find your order based on the last four digits of your credit card number. After that, you can exchange your online booking confirmation for a boarding ticket at any of our visitor center locations or from a uniformed ticket agent.
No, tickets purchased for our tours online are non-refundable. However, our tickets are valid for up to 12 months after the date of purchase, so you’ll have plenty of time to use them. Special event tickets are for one time use only for the specified event date.
Child tickets are available for kids ages 4-12. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
No, our tickets are not transferable.

Groups and Charters
A charter allows you to lease our vessel and driver for a private tour. This is an option for when a group of people wants to go on a customized trip with their own tour guide. Chartering is generally a very economical way to travel as a group. Charter prices will depend on the route, the group size, as well as the date and time requested. Our sightseeing vessels can accommodate 300 passengers.
